Free delivery and easy returns
Our products are the result of our passion and craftsmanship. We never compromise on quality and design, and your comfort is our most important consideration. In case you are not satisfied with the product or size you can of course return your order. Here is how:
RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery.
Goods must not be worn, altered, or washed
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition without postal labels
How do I return items?
Step 1:
Repack
your items into the original shoebox without any postal labels.
Step 2:
Log in to our returns portal.
You will need your order number and email address.
The order number can be found in the order confirmation email.
Step 3:
Print your label generated on the portal. The label can also be found in the return confirmation email that you will receive once you have processed your return on the portal.
Step 4:
Place the prepaid return label on your package (Please do not stick the prepaid return label on the original shoebox.)
Step 5:
Take the package to your nearest collection point
Step 6:
Keep an eye on the tracker for your return. You’ll get an email/text message once we receive your returned item.
Returns may take time
It can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return to our warehouse in Poland. We strongly encourage you to use our prepaid return label included in the parcel and when you return an item, it is important to write down the tracking number of your return label. The tracking number serves as your receipt.
It is important that you have it in case the return gets lost on the way back to us.
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment up to 2-10 business days, as soon as we have received your return package in the warehouse. You will be notified via email when this transaction of refund has taken place.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Please note
If you do not use the provided prepaid return label you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.
If you receive a defective/wrong item or a damaged parcel with missing items the easiest way is to provide us with photographic evidence of this.
Please send a photo to us at customer care so we can investigate further.
